5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 All deposits must originate from accounts owned by the Client.

5.3 Withdrawal requests may be delayed or rejected if compliance checks are not satisfied.

5.4 The Company is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or blockchain networks.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

7. Account Suspension and Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• 7.1 Multiple simultaneous logins from different locations or devices indicating potential account sharing or compromise
• 7.2 Suspicious activity, including unusual trading patterns or transaction behavior
• 7.3 Detection of hacking attempts, system abuse, or unauthorized access
• 7.4 Breach of any Terms, policies, or trading rules
• 7.5 Use of VPNs, proxies, or tools to conceal identity or location where deemed abusive
• 7.6 Engagement in arbitrage, latency exploitation, or unfair trading advantage
• 7.7 Chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent funding activity
• 7.8 Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• 7.9 Regulatory or legal requirements
• 7.10 Any activity deemed by the Company to be harmful, abusive, or in bad faith

8. Effects of Suspension

8.1 During suspension, the Company may:

• Restrict trading activity
• Freeze withdrawals
• Close open positions

8.2 In cases of severe violations, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

9. Risk Disclosure

9.1 Trading leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.

9.2 You may lose all of your deposited funds.

9.3 Past performance does not guarantee future results.

10. Platform Availability

10.1 The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10.2 We are not liable for losses caused by:

• System outages
• Network failures
• Server downtime
• Delays in execution

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by the Company are owned by or licensed to the Company and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, or regulatory changes.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with all related policies (including Privacy Policy and Insured Account Policy), constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company.

By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
